This is interesting because in 2012 a query was made regarding this aiir condition and even then no one could find it or even the company. That said, the Canandian retail chain "The Brick" purportedly once sold such. They currently also sell a 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner. It is very challenging to even find an image of anything called the Stashoff Portable Aircon. If somehow you indeed have this item and find yourself missing a hose as did a person in 2012, I think you are going to have to take measurements and try to find a 3rd party hose.

there is no rest. Item used 24VAC from hvac to power it . If 24VAC from hvac is missing thermostat will not power up and hvac will not work. You will need to call for service.

Greetings from Mississauga, Ontario!If it is construction Styrofoam it is a good insulator. Fill as best you can between the studwork and use spray foam to fill gaps. Then cover with drywall. Floor insulation and underfloor heating is a good way to keep the chill out.Frozen pipes and only caused by cold and draughts.Stay warm...
